Shipping policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using your original method of payment.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products, including Patterns and Tutorials, are delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout once payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is required for these items. If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@byeilin.com.
3. Physical Product Processing Time
For physical items (Yarns, Kits, and Handcrafted Bags), we process and ship orders from our studio in Taiwan within 3–5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
4. International Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping via international couriers. Estimated delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. EILIN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When ordering from EILIN, the recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
7. Tracking and Risk of Loss
All physical orders will be provided with a tracking number once shipped. The risk of loss and title for all physical items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. EILIN is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
EILIN is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
