Refund policy

Patterns and Tutorials (Digital Downloads)
Due to the digital nature of our patterns and tutorials, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the download link has been provided or the files have been accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you experience any technical difficulties with your files, please contact us at hello@byeilin.com, and we will ensure you receive a functional copy.

Physical Products (Yarn, Kits & Bags)
We have a 30-day return policy for physical goods. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process
To start a return for a physical item, please contact us at hello@byeilin.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on digital downloads, custom products, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition with proof of purchase. Note for Digital Content: By purchasing a digital pattern or tutorial and beginning the download, you express consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your physical return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
